Suddenly the word healthy can seem boring, not wanting to change your eating habits we seek rich, healthy options without sacrificing the palate.
Plan V (Vegan Plan)
We receive at the Condesa a specialty coffee bar with a vegan menu designed to make your life easier when choosing.
The place has good natural light, elegant design evokes nature with a couple of plants hanging from the ceiling, walls and a white bar where you can watch the chef prepare all your meals.
Ligerito start with something, ” Bowl Antioxidant” , the base is acai pulp, banana, a hint of chocolate, chia, red fruit, oats, amaranth, almond milk, sweetened with agave syrup.
We would have preferred a little colder however the taste and creaminess of the dish left us delighted.
We continue with the salty option, we ask the “Green Chilaquiles” with baked tots, served with Indian walnut cream, macadamia nut curd and purple onion – perfect, not at all spicy and creamy sauce.
Do not forget to accompany your food with any of the 2 methods of extraction; Chemex an American type obtained through the dripper or dripper (the result is a balanced and very light coffee) or French type American Press with a metal filter through immersion (it is a more intense coffee with an earthy body)

Curiously it opens its doors where previously was a place of carnitas style Michoacán to offer an interesting proposal of Juices, Smoothies, Acai Bowls, Shots, Salads and Wraps made of fresh products mixed with superfoods.
We ordered the Vegan Hot Cakes with fruits and agave honey, delicious! To enjoy our food we opted for something citrus to counteract the sweet Jeffreys Bay; A blend of grape, pineapple, orange, lucuma and turmeric super powerful for its benefits as an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory.
Do not be fooled, the place is designed to spoil and treat vegetarians, vegans, you too carnivore dare to try them.
The only recommendation would be to be more careful with the place, when arriving the tables were dirty and sticky.
