For those with a good tooth and fierce appetite like me, this spot located south of Mexico City, on Avenida Revolución is an option that will not disappoint you.
Smokey’s Burger House brings to all of us a varied menu with quite interesting options to satisfy even the most demanding palate.
The specialty as its name says are the burgers, but not of any kind. Here they broke their heads and focused on bringing combinations quite outside the conventional.
The J <3 specials
Fig: Homemade bread, homemade fig jam base, 140gr of Angus Prime, brie cheese and caramelized onions
Elvis: Artisan bread, fried plantain bed, 140 gr of Angus prime, gratin with cheddar cheese and mani cream (a rude thing to let it escape)
The Munchie: Handmade bread, 140gr of Angus Prime, cheddar cheese, roasted onions and bacon dipped in maple syrup. OMG !!!!
Greek: Artisan bread, arugula bed, 140 gr of Angus Prime, roasted red pepper, feta cheese and fresh mint leaves.
Tokyo Maui: Artisan bread, arugula bed, grilled pineapple 140 gr of angus prime, cheddar cheese, bacon and wasabi mayonnaise.
As the season of Lent is approaching, they have for the third consecutive year the Special Tuna : artisan bread, bed of avocado, 200 gr. Of tuna fillet sealed with pepper crust, chipotle mayonnaise and topped with fried pore.
I suggest that to accompany your hamburger and look fat, with the classic entrees, ask for the onion rings or the most glorious “Mac & Cheese” (cream is dying) bathed in cream cheese, finely chopped cebollin and haartoo bacon served in A very cute pewter ollite or flat a wonderful “Chilli Cheese Fries” fallen from the sky.
They have vegetarian options like the portobello hamburger or the Grilled Cheese Sandwich . Wine and cocktails, to savor their dishes, but the best will be a cold beer on tap.
As you see there is so much to try in this cute place that certainly has a first class staff and service. What more could you want? Ahhh also have desserts, I say in case they have a hole to cover ?
