Italian food is a gastronomic reference around the world thanks to the variety of dishes that reflect its culture and history and when we think of Italy there are 3 things that we can not escape; pizza, pasta and gelato.

For the second consecutive year the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico organizes a pair of events / dinners under the name of Italian Sounding with the aim of supporting Italian producers and importers and also orienting the Mexican market about the importance of choosing the products or ingredients at the time of cooking.

We witnessed the variety of flavors, smells and textures at a 3-course dinner / tasting at the Alfredo Di Roma Trattoria restaurant, where the chef prepared several dishes using 100% Italian products.

L’antipasto

Bruschetta Prosciutto, shrimp and mozzarella di bufala cheese

Carpaccio with reduction of balsamic, basil and reggiano parmigiano.

Il Primo

Fresh pasta with shrimp, zucchini, oil and peperoncino.


Closing this spectacular dinner with one of the most famous Italian desserts around the world, Tiramisu.
